What it means
The Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) is a regulatory list maintained by India's Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. Only modules from ALMM-listed manufacturers may be used in government-supported solar projects, including SECI tenders and state-utility procurement. ALMM List-I covers modules; List-II covers cells (in development); the May 2026 List-III revision brought total certified module capacity above 100 GW.
