India's central PSU that conducts renewable energy auctions and signs power purchase agreements on behalf of DISCOMs.

The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) is the central government PSU that conducts the majority of India's large-scale renewable energy auctions. SECI signs PPAs with successful bidders and back-to-back PPAs with state-owned DISCOMs. Has expanded from pure solar to standalone BESS, hybrid PPA, and round-the-clock RE tenders.
